Jazz Fringe Lace 17mm

Description

This lovely natural colour lace is 100% cotton. The width of the tape is 7mm with the fringe threads being 10mm in length.

It is the perfect finish on a skirt or top or however your imagination could picture it. Sew it straight on or use bias binding to hide the join.
