It is important that you make the best choice for you and your family and I am doing my best to make these as protective as I can but of course cannot guarantee 100% protection. These are not medical grade face masks.
Each mask has two layers of woven 100% cotton and can include the optional sewn in filter into the lining made from non-woven polypropylene or you can insert your own disposable filter which you can purchase on Ebay or alike. You also have the choice of fabric ties, 1/4 inch braided elastic or soft adjustable elastic which will go over your ears. I will just use the amount of elastic specified in the pattern which seems to work well if the correct size is chosen. I will also sew in the nose moulding panel so you can insert an optional small piece of metal (not included) to mould the mask to fit your nose which will reduce fogging of glasses.
I am using the Twig and Tale face mask pattern and I’m wearing size M in the picture and Hayden is wearing a size L (he has a beard too).
